Keep reading to find out how I got on with it, and whether it measures up to the very similar Too Faced Peach Perfect powder (my eagle eye spotted the similarity as I heart revolution loveee a Too Faced dupe as y’all know)!

In terms of its aesthetic it does look pretty, but I actually think in terms of cuteness, the I heart one definitely wins it for me! They had a couple of options in Superdrug for this powder, the lighter one being the coconut one, which is more of a white translucent powder, so I decided I’d prefer this one with a little bit of warmth to it.I don’t use it for baking because I personally don’t like doing that, but for just like setting the little areas I need it’s actually really good and comfortable to wear without drying me out! It is there in lots of products in tiny amounts (honestly, we do not really understand why), however, we do not know about any vitamin C serum featuring AP in high amounts. I’m gonna start off by saying that, like the Too Faced one, the I heartone has this really nice sort of artificial peach sweet smell, which I love (it isn’t super strong and you can’t smell it once it’s on your face, don’t worry).

It's one of the “EU 26 fragrances” that has to be labelled separately because of allergen potential. So, AP is one of the attempts by the cosmetics industry to solve the stability issues with vitamin C while preserving its benefits, but it seems to fall short on several things. Other than having a good safety profile and being quite gentle to the skin it has some other advantages too. Only bad thing is it can sometimes take off makeup underneath it depending on what products you use. One difference between them is that the Too Facedone has a little peach indentation in the middle of the powder bit (real technical term of course), but the I heart one doesn’t.

Apply a thick coat of baking powder to your T-zone and areas of your face where makeup tends to slide. The transparent variant or the good with a subtle beige tint does not change the colour of the foundation. Talc, Aluminum Starch Octenylsuccinate, Silica, Ethylhexyl Palmitate, Dimethicone, Phenoxyethanol, Ascorbyl Palmitate, Tocopheryl Acetate, Ethylhexylglycerin, Parfum (Perfume), Benzyl Alcohol, Linalool, Hexyl Cinnamal, Benzyl Benzoate, CI 77891 (Titanium Dioxide), CI 77499 (Iron Oxides), CI 77491 (Iron Oxides), CI 77492 (Iron Oxides). A handy helper ingredient that comes in a white powder form and works as an anti-caking and oil-absorbing agent.
