Instead of resting upon a springy mounting mechanism, the cymbals are attached to extendable plastic mounts. Not that I NEED 6 more pads, but it's nice to have and I can use it with Reaper/Samplomatic 5000 to trigger actual samples outside of AD2 should I so choose. Xbox Achievements is not affiliated with Microsoft or Xbox, it is owned and run by Resero Network Ltd. Expert+ (also written as "Expert +") has the same standard notes as regular Expert but includes double bass. Decide what you want performance-wise, test to find out how far from that you are, and let's dive in.
I've seen a couple of ones but those were just the circuit boards and it looked like a lot of work turning them into something useable. It could be fixed readily at the manufacturing level, I think, but that begs the question of units already produced. The cymbals however require some adjustment - in GHWT they work reasonably well, you can hit them at an angle and the hits register 99% of the time.The Guitar Hero 2 Xplorer, the Guitar Hero 3 Les Paul and the Guitar Hero World Tour guitar work with Rock Band: AC/DC Live (and all versions of Guitar Hero). Expandability - I would like to be able to swap out my own custom trigger pads/cymbals/ hi-hat pedals, so it would be nice if I found a kit that has a brain with standard 1/4 in connections that would accept input from additional triggers.
These can be either a Guitar Hero drum controller ( World Tour, Guitar Hero 5, or Logitech), or a Rock Band drum controller. This list is by no means complete, but we've done the testing ourselves, so it's accurate and 100% speculation-free.
In Guitar Hero 5, Band Hero, and Guitar Hero: Warriors of Rock, freeforms no longer grant extra points but can raise the Rock Meter. I bought the drumkit as I was planning on using it for Rock Band 2, and I have not (fully) regretted it! I haven't decided if/where to permanently place the Guitar Hero pads, but I thought I'd share what I came up with. After that we headed to a hexagonal room, or better stay a fancy music studio, with six drum stations and the fun begun. I didn't want a false-positive type of hit to register, however, a gentle accidental contact should be ignored.
