The general tolerances for symmetrical, but not axially symmetrical, features are to be taken from table 5 . There is a fundamental difference in the way that the ISO and ASME GD&T standards look at a single feature on a drawing.An angular tolerance, specified in angular units, controls only the general orientation of lines or line elements of surfaces, but not their form deviations (see figure 1).
