Yes, it does taste a bit like the infamous Baileys liqueur but it is MUCH stronger. Do remember that this is vodka and toffees with nothing else in there to dilute the alcohol. I used a bag of toffees from the local Post Office. Werther’s Originals would also be a good choice. Just simple good old-fashioned plain toffees. Again, nothing fancy, please. How to make this toffee liqueur Toffee vodka is so easy to make at home with this two ingredient, one step recipe, and a little time. There really is nothing to it. You just add your toffees to the vodka, shake them up and leave them to infuse. Let time do the rest. Swirl rather than shake the jar, so as to avoid any mess.
