About this deal

Gate output, 3 CV output, and 2 CV inputs (using 1/8″ stereo trs connectors) for extensive interfacing options As you can see, you have 3 tabs Keyboard, Controller and CV (Layers). On the top right, you can adjust global sensitivity to control Gain, On and Off Threshold, and Tilt sensitivity for the keys. The Morph's magnetic silicone overlays allow you to change its behavior at a moment's notice: just place an overlay on the Morph and it will suddenly adapt to suit the layout of the overlay you've selected. With available overlays including a piano-like layout, MPD-style pads/knobs/sliders layout, drum pads, and even an overlay based on the rare experimental Buchla Thunder MIDI controller, Morph offers a huge range of options for how you interact with sound. Redesigned with an ultra-durable ABS-polycarbonate red enclosure, the QuNexus RED from Keith McMillen is the same compact, feature-rich, 25-key MIDI/CV controller you know and love, but with a few upgrades. Aside from the aesthetic change, the new QuNexus is fully equipped to handle the MPE software and hardware.

By default, the pads are set up so that each row is tuned a fourth higher than the row below it—a familiar layout for guitarists or bassists. However, one of LinnStrument's most outstanding characteristics is that it is highly customizable: it features multiple note layouts, a built-in arpeggiator and step sequencer, modes for CC slider behavior, and countless other options for user customization. If you're looking for a high-end, sensitive, and immediately expressive playing interface, then LinnStrument is one of the best controllers out there. If you're active in the music production sphere, odds are that you've heard about MPE (MIDI Polyphonic Expression) —over the last few years, it's caused quite a buzz. Even if you haven't used it before, you likely have a basic understanding: MPE is an extension of the standard MIDI protocol that represents expanded opportunity for expressive electronic music production and performance. Sensel's Morph is another crowd favorite MPE controller that offers its own unique take on touch interaction. The Morph itself is a thin, tablet-sized continuous touch surface with astounding resolution and remarkable force sensitivity—but its brilliance lies in its use of exchangeable silicone overlays. Both devices are USB powered, and work out of the box with any music software on a computer or tablet.I say that because once, when I lived in Sonoma County, I was driving home on a clear day. Suddenly there were droplets on the windshield. Turns out we were right under the emergency approach to SFO int airport in San Francisco. That day they had an emergency landing... Another thing I need to mention is that the “ Bend” button is not that expressive for me. Not really sure if it’s me who has messed up the settings, but even after I had expanded the range of it via QuNexus editor, it still felt a bit narrow in terms of range.

To be honest, the QuNexus editor allows you to customize your QuNexus in the most extreme ways possible! It’s not really feasible to feature every single fine-tuning you can do here in this review as it would turn it into a complete manual!QuNexus features 4 pre-made presets that you can fine-tune, edit and change within the QuNexus editor. But the outside had some problems too which friends have said sounds like tropospheric ozone, and we are not supposed to have much of that down here at least. Keyboard and piano players might find QuNexus‘s keys a bit difficult to adapt as they have been already spending their time on regular-sized keys on their instruments. Connect your QuNexus micro port to a USB port either on your computer or on your iPad which will provide power with QuNexus.
