Perfect for outdoor use, this cat repellent has a waterproof IPX4 rating. The hard plastic shell is very durable, so it can be used in winter as well as summer. It doesn’t need to be installed in a sheltered area, and it can be either hung on an object or mounted into the ground. No one taught me how to make paprika.
