About this deal

You will create the EASIEST 3 ingredient vegan caramel with just peanut butter, water and dates ( I promise it's still just as sweet, gooey and tasty as the real thing!). Peanut butter: any nut or seed butter could be used instead of peanut butter. We have used smooth but feel free to use crunchy ones to get the extra crunch.

Coconut oil, optional: Coconut oil is completely optional--it just makes the chocolate sauce a little smoother, and shinier when it cools. But skip it if you’re oil-free. I usually cook oil-free, but make a few exceptions if the occasion calls for it. Pop them out of the freezer 10 minutes before serving to soften the caramel filling. Nutritional Information For the peanut butter filling, place all the ingredients in a saucepan over low heat and melt together, stirring constantly, until nice and runny. Remove from the heat and leave to cool for 10–15 minutes.Finally, sprinkle peanuts and if you are making a banana sandwich, top up with another banana slice on top.
