I was tired of looking in the mirror at the pencil sized discoloration left from a skin biopsy on my nose. i have an intended scar , and it does a magic on it.Its very easy to learn the curve of applying the filler.

Last problem I can think of is using concealer. I have not tried this but I’ve been told you can apply powder on top but be careful not to do much or it will look fake. Also their new concealer claims to be able to use under dermaflage.
