KCCC is different from regular hair gels. It’s actually a custard with runnier more slimier consistency. The biggest difference though? The natural botanical oils and ingredients in this gel moisturise hair also. This is the main reason why it feels heavy or weighs your hair down. So tip number one – don’t use too much! A curl custard, in my opinion, is a kind of gel hybrid. As well as defining the curls, as gels do, custards also moisturise the hair and add hold. What hair types are best suited to curly hair custards?
