As parents we really appreciate the no fuss, no mess approach to slime making that this playset offers and the Magical Cauldron with mist adds something different which is perfect for Halloween time as well as all year round. Some of our containers came with a chalkboard label on them. I do not recommend using a chalkboard marker as it doesn’t erase very well. Plain old sidewalk or school chalk might be better. Another useful tool, similar to the Splash Potion, is the Lingering Potion, but these are extremely difficult to make since it requires the player to come face-to-face with the Ender Dragon. Now if you don’t want to use liquid starch, you can absolutely test out one of our other basic recipes using saline solution or borax powder. We have tested all these recipes with equal success! With everything they need in convenient little bags all they need to do is just add water to the slime powder and stir with the golden spoon. No mess, no glue, no fuss.
As for Scrib Jelly, all you have to do is kill Kwama Scribs/workers in overland (stonefalls) or a small corridor section in Darkshade Caverns I (as well as some other delves in the game). ANY of these enemy types can drop these items and it is 100% free. Of course, that now saves your bank, guarantees a correct resource (rather than farming randoms), and in the meantime, a win-win scenario where if you don’t get a drop, you still get cash and loot to fill the bank with while you go. We always like to include a bit of homemade slime science around here!
