Loved by the men in my household immensely, this beautifully rich, comforting shower crème does more than just cleanse the skin. This is the start of the Arnica journey and a great way to layer the product. The smell of this is warming and comforting and it creates the most beautiful soft, gentle bubbles. Great to put on a shower sponge, breathe in the aromatic vapoursand indulge in some relaxation. This can also be added under running water to create a gently foaming bath and used all over the body to gently cleanse yourself and create a feeling of calm and wellbeing. Obviously SBC cannot make any medical claims, as I cannot either, I can just tell you how I love it and use it and how much relief I experience from it. My youngest sonloves it massaged into his calves before and after his Tennis sessions and if he has any bruises or bumps at school it is the first thing he reaches for and my eldest son always uses this after training. Now I love the smell of this as it smells medicinal and warming and perfect for that targeted relief of pain. Not to be used all over the body, but as an SOS treatment lotion, this has come in super handy on my shoulder for a muscle injury that I have. I find that when i massage in a little, it really warms into my muscles and just “Takes the edge off” my pain. I do experience a warming sensation and my skin does turn a lovely shade off pink, haha, but I know that it is bringing the blood to the surface of my skin and it feels amazing. Make sure you wash your hands after using this product as it really would be uncomfortable if you rubbed your eyes, and make sure you use it sparingly and localised. Glycerin helps to strengthen the moisture barrier, keeping it soft and supple. My Thoughts on this collection– I am a huge fan of Arnica so I will always gravitate to this collection and am thrilled that there is sooooo much Arnica included. I love this as my whole family use it and it lasts such a long time, but if you have a smaller family, it would be a great collection to share.
