Every day we are exposed to a multitude of so-called positive and negative energy influences. Some are created within ourselves through our habitual thoughts, feelings, emotions, and behaviors. Others seem to come from around us via our interactions with people and events in our immediate lives and within the larger world community, as well as from a host of environmental sources such as weather, sound/noise, chemicals, toxins, water and food quality, and the like. Possession, in which Satan or demons take full possession of a person's body without their consent. This possession usually comes as a result of a person's actions; actions that lead to an increased susceptibility to Satan's influence. While some of these spirits can actually be friendly or neutral, there are many who are there to fill their “companion” with fear. What is spirit attachment? Notice that the majority of these symptoms are all negative and dark. When an entity latches onto a person, they have the ability to change the mindset and the mood of that individual. It is important to recognize your change as soon as you see a shift and counter it immediately.

Attachment spirits refuse to surrender and want to continue certain behaviors they practiced in life. They will search for a vulnerable human candidate so they can attach and “live” vicariously through that person. Symptoms of Spirit Attachment

This is why it’s hard for people to believe they have an attachment until things get really unbearable. Attachments can happen in early childhood or anytime of life. People can be influenced by other forms of spirit including the thoughts and emotions of the living where there may be a strong emotional connection or what may be called a ‘sympathetic resonance’. Sympathetic resonance can be initiated by a relationship with another person that could have originated in a family relationship, an intimate relationship with a past lover, or an enemy, and could originate in this earth life, or a past life.

Roman Catholic doctrine states that angels are non-corporeal, spiritual beings [11] with intelligence and will. [12] Fallen angels, or demons, are able to "demonically possess" individuals without the victim's knowledge or consent, leaving them morally blameless. [6] It is therefore essential that many more medical practitioners and therapists become aware of this fundamental fact and are engaged in the education process of learning how to deal with it.

In the natural cycle of life and death, the spirit moves to the Light after it has left the body. However, sometimes spirits become what is known as earthbound. They cannot progress because they remain mentally attached to the earth plane. This can be for various reasons, such as unfinished business, traumatic death, anxiety for a loved one on Earth, fear of the Light etc.
