I am noticing that it is a really high oil content since it is an EDP, but I won't be one to complain.

Reading/watching the reviews I wasn’t expecting it to be a fresh bluesy scent, but it does open very fresh, clean, lavender and inky for the first 2-3 hours to my nose. It's an overwhelming scent which to me smells like a bunch of old school church-type incense (clove? Projection and duration are off the charts, you can detect it on the skin even after swimming or showering. I'd say the first 20 minutes they are super close, but after that there is a clear separation in the road each fragrance takes. Mass appealing, I would rate it an 8/10 just becasue I think it is quite linear and not very unique.I definitely recommend this fragrance but as the title says in my personal opinion for men 35 and under, to me it will be more appealing for that kind age audience, as a 46 year old man I find it a little bit tricky to pull it of but it might be just me and my personal preferences.

I know this isn't a popular opinion but I think a lot of people here are just trying to justify or defend their more expensive DSE. In a blind test I was only able to tell the difference because Asad had ~1% more warmth and a fair bit more projection. I can still say that Sauvage elixir is better but it's to be expected considering it's a higher quality juice.
