Mr. Noisy starts out living up to his name. However, the local shopkeepers start pretending they can't hear him unless he speaks at a normal volume, and he eventually stops shouting all the time. The only one who averts this is Mr. Snow, who's simply a snowman built and brought to life by Father Christmas. Mr. Uppity is the 11th book in the Mr. Men series by Roger Hargreaves. Mr. Uppity lives in Bigtown and he is very rich. He is rude to everybody (who call him Miserable old Uppity) until one day he meets a goblin. When he is rude to the goblin, the goblin shrinks Mr. Uppity so he can fit into a hole in a tree, and they enter the tree to meet the King of the Goblins. The goblin agrees to shrink Mr. Uppity if he is rude to somebody. This happens until Mr. Uppity is nice. In the end, he's still rich, but now he's very popular. He most frequently uses the words, "Please" and "Thank you." At the end of the book, Hargreaves tells the readers: "Thank you for reading this story, and if you're ever thinking about being rude to somebody, please keep a sharp lookout for goblins."In "Mr. Nosey", Mr. Brush intentionally brushes the titular Mr. Nosey's Gag Nose with red paint when the latter tries to spy on him.

I Shall Taunt You: Missy constantly taunts Dr. Twelfth for being "old and slow" during The Chase. This figures into her Evil Plan in that goading him into trying to catch her is a way of distracting him from noticing she's leaving Cybermats in her wake. Mr. Snooty is rude to everyone he meets, resulting in everyone calling him "Miserable Old Snooty", he grows out of it after meeting a goblin who punishes him by making him shrink every time he's rude to somebody. Definition of curious: disirous of learning or knowing: inquisitive. Yep, that paints the perfect picture of this constant-question-asking Little Miss!
