Set in the 163-acre Galgorm Estate, this Spa & Thermal Village is the first of its kind in Northern Ireland, offering an array of indoor and outdoor pools, alfresco hot tubs, saunas and steam rooms, and even a snow cabin. There are plenty of spa treatments, but the real therapy here is lazing in warm waters surrounded by open countryside, or under starlit skies (the pools are open into the evening). Rooms come with King Koil mattresses and lovely garden or river views, and there are three superb restaurants to choose from.

Our room was very comfortable, however the standard of the housekeeping could have been better. Our floors weren’t swept or hoovered every day, nor was our waste bin emptied. We are fortunate to receive some wonderful guests, many of whom return every year. Some repeating guests even make twice or thrice yearly visits. They have become our other family. In reporting your issues to "Guest Experience" and to Laura we were able to solution things. This is what we do best and we thank you for allowing us to act in your interest, to achieve a better experience. "Customer Service at its best", what a wonderful compliment to Laura, she is glowing! We are thrilled that she received such praise. We had a double room with a sea and pool view and the cleaning staff was exceptional. We had to have the 'Do not disturb' sign on at awkward times some days as my husband needed to take work calls. They worked around our schedule in an unobtrusive yet efficient manner, the room was cleaned every day and yet we never saw them! The hotel and grounds are spotless everywhere, they take their job seriously. The Bluewater Grill meals were good and therefore had exceptionally long queues. I can be fussy with steaks but their pork escalope was excellent.

A disparaging or sceptical view many be intentioned or not, we will always investigate to achieve an optimum outcome for our valued guest. Professional etiquette and dutiful observance of our responsibilities are paramount. We have just returned from a much-needed R&R week at Secrets Lanzarote. As seasoned travellers, in our opinion, a hotel’s most important asset is its staff.We currently provide our mobile beauty services in London, Manchester, Brighton and their surrounding areas. From the moment we arrived at the reception, we knew we were in a resort where the staff take the happiness and comfort of the guest personally. If you’re not intending on using the facilities, arrive 20 – 30 minutes before your treatments to allow time to sit, relax, grab a drink and take in your surroundings. If you’ve rushed in or late, you won’t be able to enjoy the experience as much, as well as impact on the others that follow you. Whether you’re the blushing bride-to-be or the chic wedding guest, 2023 is the biggest year for weddings.
