I would like to know if atp 205 reseal wpuld help for preventive maintenance in keeping seals in enginé like rear main andvale seals in good condition even if the engine doesnt leak. Some of the more knowledgeable people on this board have commented that 'regular' oil even has a certain amount of seal conditioners in them, which is required by the guidelines it must meet. It was leaking hydraulic fluid from one of the directional cylinders, did not have damage so I thought I would try the AT-205. All engine oils have a chemistry in their DI package that swells engine seals to a certain percentage according to accepted industry standard tests.

We had a leak on our delica and my husband comes from a family of mechanics, he and his brother could not find where the leak was coming from they tried for 2 straight days to find the leak.

Hopefully, this will continue to work for another 100,000 miles of driving or till I get another car.I want to put a little in the oil and trans fluid, and maybe the transfer case and differential if I had more but I only have one bottle. Until you get a more solid diagnosis, I don't recommend blindly pouring any additive or quick-fix fluid into the engine. I did see a thread here on bitog about this though it got closed and someone said if it doesnt leak dont use it and no explanation for thi phrase.
