A particularly long battery life ensures the freedom of not having to constantly worry about the power supply running out soon when traveling or in everyday life. Let's just say that the proof is in the pudding and that can be proven by just playing jazz, vocals or acoustic music side by side.If you’re looking for an ultra premium option, and don’t mind not having the best noise cancellation out there, then these are well worth the cost.

Dali seems to focus their headphones on music instead of noise cancelling (NC), and that's fine by me. It might not make such deep and strong bass as a Sony or Beats would but if anybody’s looking at this headphone they are probably more after a well round, linear characteristic and clear representation.Even if your pair works and you like the sound profile, they are not comfortable and can become painful to wear over a long time. In the midrange, the drivers provide high realism and tangible clarity in vocals and acoustic instruments, while rock music and distorted guitars in particular are imparted with the necessary midrange impact. It would be nice to know your thoughts and if you use any DAC/Headphone amp with the Dali IO6 and your experience with it. Her voice has such a beautiful velvet airiness to it, there's no harsh sibilance going on here, it's very well controlled and smooth. Early ANC (active noise-canceling) models created weird pressure in your ear, had boomy bass, and killed detail in the highs.
