Today, The Gluggle Jug Factory now manufactures Gluggle Jugs after obtaining the IP rights from Wade. Some of the technologies we use are necessary for critical functions like security and site integrity, account authentication, security and privacy preferences, internal site usage and maintenance data, and to make the site work correctly for browsing and transactions.

After the closure of Dartmouth Pottery in 2002, the manufacturing of the jugs moved back to its original home of Staffordshire, where Wade Ceramics purchased the jug mould. It's actually the perfect dinner table accessory, creating a talking point among guests as well as being highly functional. In 1958 , a special pair of gluggle jugs were made for presentation to the Queen and Prince Philip on their visit to Britannia Naval College to present New Colours.Originating over 150 years ago, the Gluggle Jug is a novelty British tableware accessory with a rich history.
