Boatyard Sloe Boat Gin is a new permanent release, developed and distilled by the Boatyard team in Co. I recently opened the bottle having read the label which outlined its origins ( from a very pretty and historical part of Fermanagh ) and with my friends sampled with an open mind ( and mouth ) and all AGREED delicious ! Old Tom is a style of gin that some say takes its name from an illicit method of dispensing gin in the 18th Century. uk accepts no liability for inaccuracies or misstatements about products by manufacturers or other third parties. Now that I no longer have ready access to a source of Sloe berries to make my own, I am very happy to be supplied by Sloe Boat.

The ‘double’ in Boatyard Double Gin refers to the distillation process and a purist’s approach of placing juniper at both the start and end of the process.
