So without further delay, let’s see what kind of adventures the LEGO Lord of the Rings BrickHeadz characters take us! Journalism does run through my veins, though, like some kind of weird literary blood – the sort that will no doubt one day lead to a stress-induced heart malfunction. Gandalf the Grey’s broad-brim hat makes him stand out among the dozens of LEGO BrickHeadz characters. If you’re planning to pick up any of these LEGO LOTR Brickheadz, please consider using these affiliate links as I may receive a small commission with each purchase. So spread them with the other ones to be more diverse in terms of scale and to push the purchase of all the collection (this is the marketing department speaking 😅).

Although we don’t get a great look at the Balrog in the film, its appearance is fairly monstrous and it makes an amazing BrickHeadz build. Here’s hoping these do really well and send a signal to LEGO that we do really want more LEGO Lord of the Rings. I’d also love to get an Ent, Uruk Hai, Saruman and Ringwraith Brickheadz too to round out the collection! Aragorn’s journey from a mysterious ranger to the King of Gondor takes place across the Lord of the Rings trilogy. The character is mainly portrayed in his Fellowship outfit, but for this set, he’s sporting his royal robes. We’re following a thread here that might not bear fruit, but from the evidence laid out in front of us at the moment, we’re left with two possible conclusions: the rumoured LEGO The Lord of the Rings direct-to-consumer set is not minifigure scale, or the LEGO Group hasn’t poured enough budget into the model to justify producing a new Sting piece. Finance is provided by PayPal Credit (a trading name of PayPal UK Ltd, Whittaker House, Whittaker Avenue, Richmond-Upon-Thames, Surrey, United Kingdom, TW9 1EH). Hobbit figures that are exactly the same aside from a lock of hair here and there, just done in different colours and are identifiable through a different decorated 2x4 tile on the front.

But that still leaves one possible avenue to building (or rebuilding) our LEGO The Lord of the Rings minifigure collections: if Rivendell exists, and is designed to sit happily with minifigures, we could arguably see a laundry list of characters included in the box (akin to 76178 Daily Bugle, 75978 Diagon Alley and so on). Gollum, while copping a lot of hate for his naked baby look isn’t too bad, however I really think there was a missed opportunity to include a printed tile for his signature toothy mouth. But for many, it’s the film series from New Line Cinema which has provided the route into this amazing world. I will have these more in consideration next time I do brickheadz packs :) Thank you for the feedback, much appreciated. I specialize in seeking out the latest LEGO news and products, as well as being an expert on all things LEGO gaming.Without further ado, let’s take a quick look at all three LEGO Lord of the Rings Brickheadz in this combined review! Found on the LEGO Pick-a-Brick page, the sets will be released on January 1 and they feature most of the main characters from the saga. Thankfully, you can easily fix this by replacing it with the old Sting sword element, which looks MUCH better, and more proportionate. Aragorn has a printed 2×4 tile on his chest, with his coronation armour bearing the symbol of the Reunited Kingdom of Gondor and Arnor, which is really nice.As with other BrickHeadz, all of the detailing not achieved with elements is captured through printed parts, so there are no stickers. Across the three main Lord of the Rings films, we meet many characters but it’s essentially the story of Frodo. Frodo comes as a full-size LEGO BrickHeadz figure wearing a brick-built cloak and holding the ring and a sword. The fact Aragorn is featured in his royal clothes, it only makes sense for his set partner to be the Elven daughter of Elrond, Arwen. Personally, I’m an avid collector of BrickHeadz, and the Lord of the Rings characters are my first opportunity to get BrickHeadz characters that are quasi-medieval (one of my favorite themes).
