I don't hate this though, its very clean and gentle, like soft clean pineapple scented skin but I don't really like it either. Probably because I wore too many cheap vanilla fragrances in my youth and associate vanilla with cheap. Very similar scent profile to Coconut Hibiscus Bodycology, which is a good alternative while storing. It's sweet, but not overwhelmingly so, and I think this fragrance would be perfect for summer, but I believe it could also work in winter too.

The coconut and vanilla mingle on my skin in such a way that pineapple is almost prevalent (probably the fault of red berries), giving it an unmistakeable odor of Banana Boat dark tanning spray. It is sweet yes, but the coconut, berries and HINT of floral freshen it up, and it's just a scent I can really picture in a tropical setting.Bobbi Brown Beach I have been wearing for the last few summers, and this knocks that out of the water. It then starts to smell like the masculine version of the sweet perfume you sprayed just minutes ago.

Too bad it didn't work for me, though, but I guess that just shows how important skin chemistry is when it comes to perfume. I was hoping for a beachy, suntan lotion kind of coconut, but what I'm getting is more a sugared synthetic gourmand. After an hour, the sharpness of the coconut starts to mellow out, the red berries are gone (thank God) and the vanilla really starts to dance with musk. UPDATE: Since I found that this perfume didn't work for me I gifted it to a friend of mine yesterday. At this point you begin to realize that resistance is futile, you accept the fact that you will be left wondering if you can really afford to eat that bar of Bounty or not for a very long time.I get lots of creamy coconut and juicy pineapple (which isn't listed), on me this is pure, yummy Pina Colada! Its sweet but not overly, i feel like i can smell a hint of watermelon in there too although its not listed.
