The key was not to fit the white filters to the covers first and then trying to fit and lock - it didn't work for me. I’ve breathed in a terrible about of mould which I now have on my chest affecting me away from home.

The original Dyson outer filter is a single combination air/carbon filter and the inner is a catalyst filter used to transform VOCs, formaldehyde, benzene and other harmful gases … so to fit these you have to remove the inner catalyst filters (which never need replacing) therefore removing a key function of the machine.If for some reason you are not satisfied with this product please let us know, we will be happy to rectify this.
