Maybe it’s because we get more of him in Part Two then we do in Part One…maybe it’s because of everything that’s happening, he’s kind of turning into the accidental hero if you will, but everything he’s saying and doing is just wonderful and I can’t get enough of it. We only get tiny scraps of clues that still don’t lead us to how or why Charlie and Silas keep losing their memories every 48 hours. Por suerte varias preguntas que tenía sobre las cosas en este las respondieron, pero dejaron nuevas en mi cabeza. Because somewhere between "I love yous" and "never nevers" and "never agains," a truth they can't imagine beckons to be found. But, I thought it moved in the right direction because of the 48-hour memory loss – it’d have to start from square one and repeating the same events; I don’t know how else you could go about it.

Someone clearly didn’t like them too much (I don’t think Charlie and Silas liked themselves much either) and wanted them to forget as a punishment. But other than that, every other thing in the story is either a surprise or a mystery and I was gripped from the beginning till the end that I read the entire story for less than two hours. Because this is the first time I feel like me— like Silas Nash— since the second I woke up yesterday. Never Never is a three-part novella series brilliantly narrated by Kevin Free and Elizabeth Evans, a duo of voices that sparkle in bringing Charlize Wynwood and Silas Nash to life.I definitely know it has something to do with Charlie’s reaction to him… especially at the end…that was just all I needed in the world – and in the grand scheme of things it’s relatively minor, but it spoke to me. The letters were a great detail (and the reason why I’m rating it 3,5) and allowed us to see more of them as couple, but there was too much going around and absolutely no explanation (or clues) to why everything was happening.

I don’t know their histories…how they grew up…what made them who they are…I know bits and pieces and secondhand information, but all the core information that I usually get from my characters is just…not there with Never Never…and ya know what?I found it easy to sprint through chapter after chapter, unlocking more questions and mysteries as I went along. I loved finding out so much about their love story, they are so adorable, and Silas is so perfect, damn you Colleen! It’s like a game to test Charlie and Silas on how well they can work together as strangers and if they are able to fix their relationship.
