There is a reason that I adore this author, and this book is just an example of why. It is a spinoff of the Hope Valley series, which if someone hasn't read it then they need to asap. I loved that series but have a funny feeling that this one is going to beat that one. This book has all of the things that this author is known for; strong characters, great plot, just the right amount of steam, and secondary characters that make this feel like family.
