Playing Lands of Galzyr couldn’t be simpler, move your character a couple of spaces and then read through several paragraphs of text as your character goes on an adventure. During this text, you’ll come across moments where you’ll have to put die-rolling skills to the test. Lands of Galzyr is a beautiful, well crafted and unique open world adventure game. A true sandbox experience full of wonderful artwork and clever story telling. SL: Me and the co-designer, Seppo Kuukasjärvi, couldn’t find the perfect story-driven board game that we would fall in love with so we wanted to try creating one ourselves. When I came up with the idea of a board game which would remember your actions between sessions, I got really excited.

SL: You can play Lands of Galzyr as many times as you want, there’s no real end in the vastness of Galzyr. That being said, we have one huge story arc planned for the game that will keep you on your toes. I'm fascinated by the elevating effect that storytelling can have on a game. My goal is to inject life, personality, and a bit of humour into the characters and the world.
