Description

Typically results from forcible retraction leading to trapping, often due to swelling or inflammation. It is possible that you may have very recently found out that your foreskin does not retract fully as it normally should. Small sizes have an innovative design, which allows them to be twisted to fit, and as they are extremely soft and flexible, they are simply pulled out to remove. Because of the potential side-effects of the steroid creams, they are a prescription-only cream in most countries and are not available over the counter. You will need to consult a urologist to get a prescription to use this cream. What if you get tears or cuts on foreskin? You have to make sure that your glans and foreskin are lubricated well enough while you use the rings. You can use one or more of these lubricants-

Then start with appropriate ring size. If your chosen ring size is less than 24 mm, then it is small enough for you to wear your ring using the first method that we are going to describe below. If your chosen ring size is more than 24 mm, then you will most likely need to use method 2 that will be described below as well. Method 2 will require you to fold the ring before putting it beneath the foreskin and then gently releasing it. Keep in mind that 24 mm is just a rough estimate, and for each individual, the number may be different. We assure you and we are very confident in our product b ecause this has worked out for thousands of other men who were in the same place as you when they first started stretching. If you have level 2 phimosis or if your foreskin opening is smaller than 8 to 10 mms, chances are that you are unable to grab your phimotic band by your fingers to stretch. In that case, you can try using Q-tips to gently stretch your phimotic band as shown below. So, while you are working on expanding your phimotic band diameter through phimosis stretching, you should also be working on desensitizing your glans penis through consistent exposure to the outside environment.Attempting to treat phimosis without proper medical guidance can lead to complications, and in severe cases, may require surgical intervention. Your healthcare provider is almost sure to suggest circumcision if balanitis xerotic obliterans (BXO) is causing the phimosis and steroid creams don’t work. Your provider might suggest it anyway. Phimosis can make sexual activity uncomfortable for adults. Also, BXO can cause urinary tract problems and is associated with a higher risk of cancer of the penis.

More work to resolve it- You have a longer journey than the rest to cure your phimosis since you will be starting out with a small phimotic ring diameter. Five to 10 minutes per day should be enough. Please note that this method is not necessary if you can already insert 2 fingers inside. This is only for those individuals who don’t have enough foreskin opening yet to allow the insertion of two fingers to stretch. Once your foreskin diameter loosens enough to allow you to insert two fingers, follow the two-finger insertion method instead. Q-tips for small holes If you have pinhole phimosis, your short term goal should be to increase your phimotic ring diameter up to an extent that allows you to start wearing the smaller phimostretch rings. Since the phimostretch rings start at 3 mm you may need to do a little bit of stretching manually or by some unconventional methods, consistently, until you reach a stage where you can fit in 3 mm or 4 mm rings. Please note that you need to allow time for the skin to heal and new cells to develop. You should never feel pain while wearing the rings as that is a bad sign. It is a sign that your phimotic band is getting inflamed. In that case, you need to stop wearing it for 3 to 5 days so that your foreskin can heal fully. If it doesn't heal within a few days, try using a Clotrimazole anti-fungal cream. What if the next ring size is too tight? Partial removal of the foreskin is not recommended. Scarring may return in the foreskin remnant and the cosmetic results, particularly during erection, are often unacceptable. Can other diseases affect the foreskin?

They come in various sizes and are designed to be inserted under the foreskin to gently stretch and gradually widen the opening.
