If you like dry Grapefruit and Moss with a Ginger opening then for the price if you get a strong batch it’s a decent scent but seems to have been reformulated as my bottle is as weak as water. I’d try before you buy.

You'd have to really be into your fragrances to tell them apart side by side, but the fragcomm is a very small proportion of society, it's unlikely you'll ever come across another fraghead in the wild whilst wearing it, and in the air it's identical anyway. I think it can achieve closer than it is now, if Maison Alhambra created a version 2.0 of JL by toning down the ginger, and reduce that moss smell that currently stays from mid to base.

JL is mossy and that’s all I can smell. It has Ambroxan to make the fragrance long lasting, which it’s at the same level of longevity as the OG. Taking note of the scent accords you would not expect the actual fragrance to smell the way it does, I at least had slightly different idea of what to anticipate, but let me tell you that it has exceeded any expectations.
