The sound and style of KoRn – which included expansive vocal sounds, harsh sounds, disturbing album imagery – did more than shake up the generation at the time, they helped inspire the next generation of anarchists. Slipknot, Limp Bizkit and Sepultura have all credited KoRn as major influences. Handed out free to record companies, 'Neidermayer’s Mind' was the demo that would introduce the sound of Nu Metal to the masses, a sound that KoRn would go on to conquer.
