For reasons of hygiene and safety, personal grooming products, cosmetics or items of intimate clothing cannot be returned. Items that are not available in store will take 3-5 working days (excluding weekends and bank holidays) to be delivered to your nominated store. Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Northern Ireland and the Scottish Highlands) may take longer to reach you. They're based in convenient locations including supermarkets, newsagents and train stations. Plus they're often open late and on Sundays.

Unwanted Food or Drink Products - Once supply conditions are broken, there are a number of factors outside of our control that can affect the quality of a product. Therefore perishable goods such as food and drink cannot be returned. Whilst we will do everything we can to meet the delivery times above, there may be factors outside of our control and we cannot guarantee delivery within this time frame.
