If you already had a few LTE routers in hand, the first thing you notice about the Huawei B535 is the comparatively flat design. The body of Huawei 4G Router 3 Pro is made of gray and white plasti and visually unobtrusive. Various LEDs are located on the front, which indicate the operating status. For example, the reception strength is signaled using five bars. There are also LEDs for power, internet, WLAN and LAN. The Huawei B535 does not have a WLAN extender function, i.e. the use of an existing WLAN as Internet access. There is also no WLAN timer. The Huawei B535 WebBox isn’t much to look at, but that’s not a criticism, as most people don’t want a flashy router. The Three 5G Hub meanwhile has them all massively beat for speed – but again, you need 5G coverage to take advantage of that. It also curiously has fewer ethernet ports (just two), which might be an issue for some. I've just thrown my ID sim into the router, still working as usual. Its connected to the default apn that still says EE for me. As for software, this isn’t something you’ll likely be interacting with much, but the Huawei B535 WebBox does have a simple web interface, allowing you to configure settings and read messages – as there’s no display, you have to access this from an external device.

Their assumption is simply that a connecting client should implement which, in my case (and perhaps any scenario with a second router) requires CLAT to operate in the 4G modem/router -- which the B535-333 should do .... but only in IPv6-only mode.

I read on a couple of Vodafone forum threads that there may be an issue with the IPv4 or IPv6 APNs, so a similar situation as you discovered earlier in the thread. I suspect the certificate error may be connected to my changing the LAN IP from 192.168.8.1 to 192.168.0.1 as that's when I first noticed the problem. As such, the WebBox won’t look out of place in most homes, and at 219 x 130 x 15mm it won’t take up too much space either.
