The Blue Exorcist anime series has had over 37 episodes across twoseasons so far. The first season aired from April to October 2011 with 25 episodes, and the second season aired from January to March 2017 with 12 episodes. According to the Ao no Exorcist Guidebook, Kazue Kato said that originally, Yukio and Rin aren't exorcists, but anti-paranormal agents who exterminated supernatural creatures. In 2022, this franchise makes less than 20% of what it did in 2014/2015. It’s a shell of what it once was.

However, Blue Exorcist was at its peak of popularityin 2013. Anything below 750 million yen is likely not that great for such a big title as this series used to be. How much merchandise is there for Blue Exorcist?

On few occasions, he is shown to have a very aggressive side, though he is very good at hiding it. If he is pushed too far, he can gain a fiercely angry personality. His angry side is so intense that it frightens Rin when it makes itself known. This may be as a result of his Demonic heritage even though he didn't acquire Satan's flames like Rin. The things that annoy him include, but are not limited to, people criticizing Shiro, Rin being "childish", Shura's teasing, being kept out of the loop, people asking him if he's alright and being called "weak".Every season of Blue Exorcist has used four volumes, so the start of season 3 is volume 9, and the end is likely volume 13. How many copies does Blue Exorcist have in print? The more interesting question is, why is the third season of Blue Exorcist never coming out?Now let’s look at what happened to Blue Exorcist Season 3. The story is about Rin Okumura, who appears to be an ordinary teenager. When he is ambushed by demons one day, his life is turned upside down when he realizes that he is, in fact, Satan’s son.

Later on, that night Shura informs Mephisto that she will be postponing her report to the Vatican, but she will continue to observe Rin. As she is about to leave she asks Mephisto one more time what he is scheming and he tells her that he wants to bring peace to Assiah. The following day Shura introduces herself to the class at the Exorcist Cram School, where she will be teaching magic circles, sealing techniques, and sword techniques. There is also a movie from 2012 and three OVAs. Season one did have an original ending, but season two changed it such that everything beyond episode 17 never happened in the first season.Shura is a powerful Upper First Exorcist and is noted to be an excellent wielder of the sword, especially demon swords. She fights using Kirigakure Ryū - Makengi (Kirigakure Style - Demon Blade Technique) with her Maken, Fang. After the defeat of Hachirotaro Okami, her sword lost its divine protection, functioning now as a common sword but thanks to Lightning, it was temporarily blessed by a General Frost because of its compatiblity with the water and air elements. Shura first appears disguised as a young man, named "Yamada", attending the Exorcist Cram School at the True Cross Academy. "Yamada" does not get along with the others, due to the fact that he keeps his face hidden under a hoodie and is always concerned with playing his PSP. When "Yamada" saves Rin Okumura from Amaimon, during their fight in the amusement park, she reveals her true identity as Shura Kirigakure, an Upper First Class Exorcist and an inspector for the Vatican.
