There were just so many amazing moments that lit me up, I got so giddy soooo many times🤭😩🫶🏻 like “the Cooper bug”??? “my love” !! the french🤌🏻 However, Poppy’s life is turned upside down when she discovers that her husband has been having an affair. She is devastated and unsure of what to do next. To make matters worse, she is also struggling with a difficult case at work and is being stalked by a mysterious stranger. Let's be real — everything she writes is an automatic five stars for me nowadays because of the stunning writing, family bonds and crispy characters with undeniable chemistry. This new series which has set itself apart from Sports Romances just became my new obsession. I loved watching these two navigate their feelings for each other. They’ve known each other forever, so to deal with romantic feelings is new territory for them both. The author did a great job of including the family without taking the spotlight off of Adalyn and Cooper. I like that the third act conflict (not breakup) didn’t last forever. They talked it out like adults and I was here for it. Oakley & Ava are adorable, loved them. I really appreciated that there wasn’t a third act breakup. I love when an issue arises, and the couple works through it together.

Adalyn , her carefree and wild spirit is such a breath of fresh air. I absolutely love her “I don’t care, I just want to live my best life” attitude, her love for adventures and her cute obsession with the color pink!! She knows exactly whats she wants and isn’t afraid to get it! She’s utterly destroyed me. Put me under a spell that I would pay to keep from breaking. If I wasn’t already positive I was falling in love with her, I would undoubtedly know it now.
