The Jib True don't require or support any companion apps. You just pair them directly and then use your device or music player's EQ if you need to make any audio adjustments. Remove your Jib™ True earbuds from the charging case and Manually Power them OFF, by touching and holding the button on BOTH buds for 4 seconds

Issue: The biggest challenge with true wireless earbuds is ensuring your buds are properly connected to each other and your device. There are times when you may unintentionally disconnect your buds and change their paired state; this can create pairing challenges and impact your ability to use either bud solo (Master Role Switch). Do not worry, as this is an easy fix! Press the control button 6 times to automatically turn it off. The LED should flash red if the earbud has been successfully powered off. This feature also allows you to utilize either the LEFT or RIGHT bud in Mono Mode, rather than being limited to just one specific side. Take out both earbuds from your charging case and wait for the voice prompt stating the earbuds are on. The Jib True have a claimed battery life of six-hours, with the case claiming to provide additional 16 hours.Touch and hold the same button for both earbuds for 10 seconds to finish resetting. To reset your Vert Wireless earbuds, you must rotate the dial’s outer ring while pressing the control button within the dial. You will also need to monitor the color of the LED placed on the earbuds’ outer ring. Take the right earbud and press and hold its control button for 3 seconds. You will hear a tone indicating a successful reset, and the right earbud should flash purple thrice afterward.
