Mini Game Walkthroughs - there’s a ton of mini games to play and we’ve got you covered on how to earn rewards and win big! Head down the stairs in the same room as the above chest and jump in the corner for this hidden treasure. Monstro Town hidden treasure (Frog Coin) Image: ArtePiazza/Nintendo via Polygon

The rest of the area cannot be explored until after rescuing Princess Peach from Bowser in the Moon Kingdom, after which the Odyssey can fly to the kingdom. Power Stars take the place of Power Moons in this kingdom, though they are still referred to as Power Moons when collected, and they look like regular Power Moons when loaded onto the Odyssey.

In the stairs room with the never-ending line of Sniffits, jump in the above spot at the top of the stairs to get your hidden treasure. Booster Tower hidden treasure (Goodie Bag) Image: ArtePiazza/Nintendo via Polygon

Found with Mushroom Kingdom Art (see location 25): Inside Peach's castle, look at the wall in the top-right of the ground floor to find some hint art. It shows the Cap Kingdom - so fly there, and walk from the Odyssey to the first bridge in front of you. You'll need to line up the large, hat-looking tower with the moon behind it, so that it perfectly re-creates the picture (take note of how much of the moon is visible in the picture). When you're in the right spot, perform a ground pound to discover a Power Moon. At the entrance to the Forest Maze, jump to the left of the path for this chest. Nimbus Land hidden treasure (Frog Coin) Image: ArtePiazza/Nintendo via Polygon The talking treasure chest that lives upstairs of the mayor’s house in Monstro Town will also tell you how many hidden treasures you have left to find, which is useful if you’re trying to find all of the hidden treasure chests in Super Mario RPG. Pops out of the Tail: At location 2 on our map, just west of the fountain near the stream, you'll find a tree that has a branch that looks like a tail. Throw Cappy at the tip of the tail by holding down the 'Y' button for a couple of seconds to reveal a Power Moon. After entering the right pipe in Bean Valley, jump in the above corner to get this hidden chest. Outside the home, speak to Toad again, who will assume Mario’s silent treatment means the Princess is still in the clutches of Bowser.Be sure to test out your new Jump Shoes on the Spikeys, and let Mallow utilize Thunderbolt to hit multiple targets at once ( press A right when you see a line of three bolts hitting the ground in front of the enemies). You can leave this area by continuing to head right, and near the path leading out you’ll find one last Treasure Chest with a Mushroom inside — just watch for an ambushing Goomba among the palm trees. Note that Mushrooms in chests act as an instant heal (and FP replenish), rather than being added to your inventory. Use the red flower by the right exit of Bandit’s Way to jump towards the top right, allowing you to hit this very high chest. Best Weapons for all Party Members - a guide on all the best gear for your team, as well as information on their stats and how to get them! You're now in your first real area to explore, the Mushroom Way, and it’s a good starting area to get a feel for combat against some basic enemies like the Goombas. Take the time to get a feel for Action Commands and timed hits particularly, and find a good rhythm for when to press A.After the underground portion, jump in the spot shown above to get this chest. Forest Maze hidden treasure (Flower) Image: ArtePiazza/Nintendo via Polygon Caught Hopping at Peach’s Castle!: In the east of the Kingdom you'll find a hedge garden ran by a Toad. Within the maze-like hedges you'll spot a rabbit and, if you catch it (using Cappy to stun it if necessary), you'll receive a Power Moon. Upon exiting the Mushroom Kingdom Castle, you’ll witness an event: A little pudgy lad is (unsuccessfully) chasing around a purple crocodile who stole something. As the little guy despairs, the skies themselves will rain down tears. Rumble in Crumbleden: Rematch: Enter the green pipe at the bottom of the eastern wall of the castle (follow the steps from Power Moon 16 if you haven't drained the moat yet, and use Yoshi to remove the fruit there) to find another boss rematch painting. This time you'll be up against the boss from the Ruined Kingdom and, once again, this time around it is slightly harder. If you get hit by the electricity (which is a very likely occurrence) make sure to ground pound the glowing spots in the ground to regain health.
