Nope! You can find good or bad examples of both, and believe us there are plenty. That said, some office chairs are great for gaming and vice versa, and there are 'office chairs', like the Herman Miller Embody, that blend the line between both. I know it's looking after my body because I can't actually get one leg underneath me to sit in my usually preferred—though posturally abysmal—relaxed working position. The lumbar support recedes into the chair when I turn it away from me. Neat.It's not so much the changes that make the Embody stand out as one of the best gaming chairs going.
