The bareMinerals Well Rested Concealer is a loose mineral powder product intended to brighten up your undereyes, cover up any dark circles, and overall bring more life to your face to help you look more awake. Using your preferred powder brush swirl the brush inside the lid, absorbing a small amount of bareMinerals onto your brush I also use this to set my concealer if I’m doing a more full coverage look, but honestly that’s pretty rare for me, so typically just use this on it’s own. That said, it does layer well on top of the various concealers I’ve tried it with! Does it accentuate dryness? NO not if my undereyes are properly hydrated. I notice a different in how the product lays on the skin if I haven’t applied my undereye cream. Don’t expect to throw powder on dry skin without moisturizing and for it to look good! Open the container and twist so that the holes are open and tap a small amount of product onto the lid. Use a brush or beauty sponge to apply to your undereyes. All in all, the bareMinerals Well Rested Concealer is an incredible undereye brightener and color corrector. It has a beautiful natural finish, and really helps to cover undereye circles and darkness. It doesn’t accetuate dryness, as long as you’ve applied a good undereye cream!You can also use this as an eyeshadow base to color correct your lids. bareMinerals Well Rested Concealer Review Shade and Finish: This shade, “Well Rested” is a pale yellow-based ivory color. It indeed brightens up the area where it is applied which is why I love using this on my under eye to give it a “well rested” appearance 😛 This product comes in only one shade which I don’t see suiting all skin tones, especially those with deeper dusky skin tones as it will make you look ashy. For those with light-medium skin tones, this would work great. Light-medium skin tones can use this as a brightening/highlighting powder whereas very fair/pale skin tones can even use this as an all-over setting powder. My very sensitive eyes have no irritation from this product, but it accentuates every little tiny line I have around my eyes. bareMinerals Well Rested is a clever, multitasking concealer.
