DVR channel is IP mode you need set up to Analog mode. Main menu – System – Digital – Channel type , set up to 8ch 1080N or 4ch 1080N Copy the upgrade file to the USB device (Please format the USB device do not store any other files) Hope someone can help. I have just recently installed my FLOUREON DVR H.264. Everything is working fine I can watch from a remote PC and through the monitor connected to the DVR itself. Thanks for your speedy response, I understand from your reply that because my issue is within the local network that it will not be affected by a firewall etc within the router or my PC which hopefully makes life a lot easier for me. And will FTP support be re-added? As previously was not working then updated firmware and it was removed completely.

Hi I have the H 264 DVR with 1200 tvl cameras I was wondering if I upgraded my cameras to higher quality can this DVR handle that and will I get a better picture sometimes they install the hd but didn't plug in the cables (HAPPENS ALOT) then the DVR won't be able to detect it either. I would open up the dvr and see if there's anything inside. I have an IP camera (Device Type: C6F0SgZ0N0P3L0, Software Version: V10.1.3.5.1-20170901, Webware Version: V1.0.1) – it works great, but I can not figure out how to make the camera move automatically from one point to another (cruises/ tour). I also found this video tutorial: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rr3QurSuohk in which you describe how to do that, but my webinterface does not look the same like in the video, do I need to update something? If yes, how do I do that? Thank you. I have a FLOUREON 8CH 960H CCTV OUTDOOR 900TVL IR CAMERA KIT with x 4 cameras. It is all set up and I can see the cameras on my TV screen but cannot work out how to get them to record. There is a hard drive connected within the box. I have a disc but do not know if I have to do something with this and just cannot figure out where to go with this.
