Illegal or not one thing is certain. Any man photographing nothing but young women and girls in public places has serious issues and is, in my opinion, a danger to women and girls. This predatory behaviour is deeply sexist and brings the genre of street photography and street photographers into disrepute. They usaully hang round the shopping centre, where the kids come to get the lunch, and there is no doubt what they are doing, watching the girls in the short skirts. Schoolgirls wearing short skirts like that makes my blood boil, they look like common sluts. If I was there teacher I would bend them over my knee and spank their bare bottoms to teach them some respect.Get real. Do you think men really lurk outside schools with binoculars? Don't get me wrong, I'm sure there have been occasions, but very few and far between. But anyway, what's the big problem here? Allow teenagers to dress how they like, it's one of their few freedoms in life that do no one any harm - it's what they'll be doing at the weekends anyway. On top of that, most teenage boys are hardly getting a lot of action, so what's the problem with giving them a teeny-weeny thrill?
