I've already changed two Thrustmaster Hotas 4 due to its calibration issues. I've already tried to fix by disassembling and clean the motion sensor, but the issue seems to be related to the sensor itself. Another solution that may work, as a friend had this problem with a different Hotas. I set his dead zone quite high (just below 30%) but again that was on PC. The issues With it being a DS4 controller in a hotas shell is that Every button is just the same button as a DS4...I have heard that they are hit & miss though in terms of build quality. I'm not sure about the specific Thrust master for the PS4 as i'm a PC player, probably the same T-Thrust Hotas X one but Blue trim instead of red. This is the same as there keyboard and mouse DS4 emulation controllers... PS4 controller just rewired to run of a Keyboard and mouse shape.. I have used the red/orange one for nigh on 5 years now and it has never let me down not sure if they are built differently or it may just be that the console hasn't got the separate software to deal with the calibration issue it.
