With its reliable mechanical movement, versatile design aesthetic, affordable price, and excellent build quality, there’s no wonder that the Seiko SNXS79Kfinds itself on the wrist of those looking for a great everyday wristwatch that looks right at home, whether as a casual everyday beater or worn as a dress watch for special occasions. The crown at the 4:00 position certainly helps to add to the comfort, but I’ll admit, it’s such a tiny crown, it can be difficult to pull out and use. Sorry for the delay, but if you’re still looking for the leather strap, they grey distressed leather strap is a Colareb Firenze! Reply The 7S26 has been recently discontinued – the entry-level Seikos are being upgraded to a day-date version of the 4R35 (aka NH35A), the 4R36. I’m not sure if that’s a good thing. The 4R series is better, but this also means an increase in prices. While an upgrade is a good thing, in this case, I’d go with the “if it ain’t broken, don’t fix it” credo. The dial The first time I owned it, I liked it. But I didn’t love it. At the time, I didn’t have many other watches to compare it to.
