My wife broached the subject of getting an Air Fryer because she had heard a lot about them. We have a Gas hob and Gas oven that we use daily and have to stoop down to get things in and out of. A counter top Air Fryer seemed to be something worth a look at. Zucchini is mixed with seasonings, red pepper flakes, and lemon, then air fried until crisp and savory. Air fried zucchini carries a sweet and savory flavor and will brighten up any dinner!

We have had to use our 50 years of experience along with tid bits we have found on the Web and have started a spreadsheet for notes and cooking times. The french fries were barely cooked and not as golden brown as the Philips version. Use an Instant-Read Meat Thermometer to make sure your food is cooked all the way through. Since the food can take longer to cook in an air fryer oven, it’s important to make sure it’s done cooking before pulling it out to rest and eat.
