Roasted Nut Brittle Drizzled With Banana Whiskey Caramel Sauce: Finely chop almonds/pecans/brazil nut/etc., roast till golden crispy-brown tones emerge. Next up, slip into the not-so-naughty-but-oh-so-yummy caramel sauce comprising of two cups white granulated sugar brought to boil until they turn amber-blush before adding cream(or for a vegan recipe almond-based milk) in small portions continuously till smooth and creamy consistency forms . Stir in banana whiskey passionately til completely mixed through–hot sauce heaven on your palate! During the fermentation process, a cap of foam and solids will form at the top. You can push it down every now and then to prevent it from drying out. Robert Mondavi Winery's Director of Hospitality Phil Hansell told The Manual, "The honor and responsibility of being a part of the team ushering in this next chapter is humbling. The wine is world-class. The food is authentic, unapologetically Napa, and we want all to be a part of it and enjoy it." There should be around 1.5 ounces of foreshots from this recipe. This part contains the toxic methanol and acetone. To be on the safe side, discard around 2 or 2.5 ounces (60-80ml). Then, collect the distillate in different containers, called cuts, of each around 50-100ml and number them. Once the proof of the distillate drops below 60, you can turn off your still. Cover the containers with your banana brandy and let them sit for a day to allow the aromas to settle. A. Making your own banana infused whiskey at home can be quite easy with the right ingredients and tools! Here’s what you’ll need:

Add ice cubes to shaker tin and shake vigorously for around thirty seconds. Doing so will create that smoothness we all hope At a temperature of around 75°F (24°C), you can pitch the yeast and stir it into the mash thoroughly. We recommend using 5g of Red Star Champagne yeast. Since the mash will have a high sugar content, the alcohol percentage of the finished banana brandy wash will be quite high. While normal bread yeast would also start the fermentation process, it would stop converting sugar into alcohol somewhere between 5-7% ABV. Champagne yeast remains active up to around 17% ABV. Once you have mashed up the bananas, add two ounces of bourbon whiskey along with one ounce of cinnamon syrup. Let the banana mash cool down naturally to about 75°F (24°C) while keeping the lid on your fermenter to avoid contamination. Depending on the size of your fermentation vessel, this takes about 1-1.5 hours. If the temperature is still too high after about one hour, you can add a couple of clean ice cubes to the mash to speed up the process or cool the container from the outside, e.g. by placing it into a bathtub with cold water. Since the enzymes need the high temperatures to convert starch into sugar, make sure to wait for about an hour before actively cooling down the mash. You can also follow this banana brandy recipe without adding these added enzymes. This will mean that your banana moonshine brandy mash will have a lower alcohol percentage. Hence, you would be wasting parts of the bananas. Alpha-amylase is available in most brew shops and online and doesn’t cost much.Improve Muscle Strength & Coordination: Potassium is another mineral commonly found within mature bananas that helps improve muscle coordination & strength – adding a mashed/blended banana into your protein shake is surefire way to get maximal benefit from workout session without feeling drained afterwards! As mentioned above, with up to 30% sugar content, bananas have more sugar than apples or grapes. Therefore, there is no need to add sugar to your mash. Adding sugar to the wash will make the banana moonshine less smooth and add a rum flavor. But, if you are aiming for quantity, adding sugar to this banana mash moonshine recipe is absolutely possible. For every 2.5lbs (1.25kg) of sugar you add to the mash, add an additional 1.5 gallons of water. Stir the sugar into the mash at 160°F (71°C). To prepare: In a shaker filled halfway up with ice cubes, mix together 1/4 c freshly-squeezed lemon juice , 1 oz bourbon whiskey too as well as 1/2 oz simple syrup. Add in sliced bananas then shake until everything’s nicely mixed together. After shaking serve straight into an old fashioned glass (with no ice). Dust some cinnamon powder atop before serving for extra magic touch. oz of cinnamon syrup (you can easily make your own by mixing equal parts sugar and water with a few drops of cinnamon extract) For a fun twist, put your banana moonshine in this banana flask and bring it with you wherever you go. Enjoy it yourself or to share with co-workers or friends.

Now, you might be wondering why bananas and whiskey make a good pairing. The answer is simple: the sweetness of ripe bananas complements the rich, smoky taste of whiskey perfectly.Hint: Glucoamlyase enzymes are the same enzymes that occur naturally in malted grains. For the beer and whiskey production, these malted grains are added to help break down starches into sugar. You could also add malted barley to the banana mash instead of the pure enzymes. This will, however, add a grain taste to your banana moonshine. The pure glucoamylase does not add any taste. The extra banana flavor punch: Peel a banana and cut into thin slices. Add it to the distillate for around 5 days. This adds a delicious banana aroma and is our favorite banana moonshine flavoring. Baked Vanilla Custard With A Twist: Follow our favorite baking rule-of-thumb – when things seem too good to be true; throw in generous amounts of booze! Take ordinary baked custard molds filled with egg yolks, vanilla extract/milk/sugar mixture plus heavy doses of potstilled Irish Berry-infused & exotic Smoking Monkey Banana essence , both laced above recommended safe levels no less..just kidding 😂). To help clear things up once and for all, we’ve taken some of the most common questions people ask about banana whiskey recipes and provided our best answers.
