The flavors are spectacular in this easy recipe and because the salmon is cooked in a foil packet, there’s hardly any mess to clean up. I love biscuit spread on everything so having it mixed in andswirled on top of the bake is an instant winner for me. When you bake the rice and roasted vegetables in one pan, the reality is that there is only so much veggies that get the benefit of the beautiful oven roasting char.
