Do you think it work just as well on something that came in a matte black finish, rather than something spray painted black? I have considered dot mandala in a contrast color and I also have unicorn spit as well as some posh chalk metallic paint. Deciding whether or not you want to spray paint or use Rub 'N Buff depends on your project and desired outcome.
