What I don’t like is that lid to the actual cardboard container is held firm by air suction, and there’s nowhere to grab it. These earphones/IEMs allow you to listen to your favourite track or block out the world for a focused podcast listening experience.

It’s a bit of a philosophical question: Do you want an accurate listen, or one that is perhaps more colored but more personally enjoyable? Does the novel driver setup and Crinacle’s signature tuning manage to elevate the Zero above the rest of the competition? Regarding the bass, I think it has one of the best responses I've heard, sounding well-tuned with a strong mid-bass response and convincing sub-bass response, though I do wish the mid-bass had more warmth.
