It started out as an idea in 2016 when Lebus noticed that none of his university friends could cook and, “armed with nothing but a kitchen, a camera and some recipe ideas”, he started creating overhead videos that people could actually cook from. With Leeds, Liverpool and Newcastle already up on our profile, Freya plans to highlight many more cities in the coming months. Our aim is so continue to build relationships with the amazing businesses and creators that span the UK. Big news, Mob: we've got a new cookbook coming out. It's called Mob 6. And the aim of Mob 6 is simple. This cookbook is an evolution of Mob. You spoke, we listened, and we’ve created an entire cookbook of recipes that focus on the good stuff without compromising on flavour. Don’t get us wrong, we’re big fans of indulgence every now and again, but life’s all about balance. And nothing beats the satisfaction of eating something that’s super tasty which just also happens to be good for you. As a team, that’s the sort of food we cook on a day-to-day basis. Because as much as we do love a carbonara, having it every day of the week would probably be overkill.
