They are working hard to complete the process of ecological conversion of the vineyards, which began in 2010 and was completed in 2017. Really nice and crisp, this bubble wine has kept and enhanced fruity tone, without being bitter,no after taste as well. White sparkling wine made from grapes of 85% Glera grape variety and 15% of another white variety grown in the vineyards of the Italian wine region Venetto - extra dry. The finish of this sparkling wine from the Veneto wine-growing region impresses with a beautiful aftertaste.

This is 'proper' Prosecco, wine with real character, style and freshness, the style that caused the boom in wines from the Prosecco region in the first place but that is sadly lacking now in the cheap stuff. From the grapes, the winery Corvezzo vinifies many different wines, but the bulk of the portfolio is, of course, Prosecco.
