I had a job working at the baseball park in Bowling Green— which gave me the freedom that came with my own money, and a segue into the city. In 90s i used to spray this on my pants, it was soo potent but after reading the comments that its not beast mode any more, i gave it a chance again.

From the citrus blast in the opening then to vanilla and florals to honey and tobacco in the drydown all while still going strong can be addictive or off-putting.Top notes are Orange Blossom, Mandarin Orange, Bergamot and Amalfi Lemon; middle notes are Cinnamon, Heliotrope, Jasmine, Cardamom and Lily-of-the-Valley; base notes are Vanilla, Tonka Bean, Sandalwood, Patchouli, Honey, Tobacco and Vetiver.

on, you get a very strong and "in your nose" citrus blast, full of bergamont and lemons, and sweetened up by cinnamon. I read on stone tablets in helvetica type once that this marvelous magical concotion was developed for Elvis to wear during shows. Not really season specific, I think this is a super versatile scent that can be worn at any point in the day. This is not good but if you can pull this off, next you should tackle world poverty, and climate change because you can make miracles happen.

I still don't know how to rate it, on one side, it's a legendary cheap fragrance older than me, amazing for clubbing in 90' with good longevity and sillage. I am detecting a wonderfully blended, ooey-gooey fruity patchouli mix, in an extremely similar vein to Angel. I've gotten this on Jeremy Fragrance's recomandation, he was the first influencer i started watching and for a while he included this in his lists. I had no plans for college in the fall, I had no idea about “what I wanted to be” in a career-sense.

Last time we had a family gathering I wore this, after having taken a break from it and my sister was interested in what fragrance I was wearing, as she thought it smelt really good. It lasts about 6+ hours, is weaker in strength, which isn't necessarily bad, and the scent is almost like an entirely different fragrance. The honey + cinnamon combo comes across a little animalic but I actually like it, probably because it’s so sweet and synthetic it never smells “real” enough to actually be dirty. It also has a slight astringent accord, feels like something you could take a swig of when poorly (which is ironic since my journey with Joop Homme started when I had the nastiest cold! for the first few hours it smells like static cotton candy is trying to kill my body by entering my nose.I wear it usually (as a woman) in the winter and fall time, because the cinnamon note is so gorgeous on my skin and I find more appealing the EdT version in comparison to the EdP or Perfume versions, they are just too intoxicating for me. These lists pray down the usual mainstream suspects more or less depending on the author, like Spicebomb Extreme, Azzaro Wanted by Night, Stronger with you, Ultramale and others. If it only had the oomph of it's sister Joop Femme, in its power, projection and depth, Joop would probably be one of my current favourite fragrances. A round composition, which, if it didn't have JOOP on it, could be sold for more than 30 EUR per 40ml.

I believe I've worn this for about 30 to 40 times until now and my mini-bottle is still HALF-FULL(exactly 50%). Homme is a very sensual, oriental fragrance with fresh citrus topnotes of mandarin, lemon, bergamot and orange blossom. At the end of the night he found us again in the parking lot while we were getting ready to leave and he comes up and gives me a big old hug, like the kind where he lifted me up off my feet a little bit, so my face was pressed firmly into his chest and this monstrosity he was wearing. It is Ü20 universally wearable, only for formal meetings I would rather go for one of the guerlains. Bergamot, Mandarin orange, Orange blossom, Lemon, Heliotrope, Jasmine DuBois, Lily of the valley, Cinnamon Girl, Patchouli, Clint Sandalwood, Tonka bean, Vanilla Ice.The scent: the original "wow" DNA is recognizable, combined with a slight sweetness, which is not annoying, but, presumably by the vetiver, skillfully intercepted. I don’t know that it’s worthy of the capitalization or the exclamation anymore, but it is essentially the same smell it always was.
