Description

We used a large round wood platter with hands for this DIY food board. I really like it when they have handles because it makes them easier to transport and carry to a table after arranging. Fruit and nuts are great for filling in the gaps between larger items. Use a mix of fresh and dried fruits, with a few different types of nuts, either seasoned or unseasoned. Garnish When your customers want a refreshing beverage to accompany their food, ensure you hand them their drink with one of our wrapped paper straws . Making a charcuterie board is all about being creative, and that can mean something as small as experimenting with different shapes and materials for your board, or something big, like building your board around non-traditional ingredients. Try making a vegan charcuterie board from vegan meats, nut-based cheeses, plenty of fruits, nuts and veggies, and some vegan-friendly dips like hummus and baba ganoush. You can even build a sweet board around fruits, chocolates and biscuits.

Y’all! A burger charcuterie board is the way to WIN summer. It’s perfect for a weekend get together, fathers day, 4th of July, Labor Day … basically all the days! Move the patties to cooler part of grill; continue grilling until cooked through, 5‐10 minutes per side. Internal temperature of burgers should be 165°F. Heat a large pan or grill pan over medium heat. Add patties and cook 2-3 minutes per side, or until they reach desired doneness. (See more info from America’s Test Kitchen here!) This premium burger box design features a collapsible design for ease of storage. The vents in the lid allow hot air to escape, so your burgers don’t go soggy, but the fluted cardboard design insulates your food products, keeping them hot and fresh for longer. These boxes are 100% recyclable, biodegradable and compostable. The best part is that our greaseproof paper is eco-friendly . It’s not like traditional papers that have a silicone coating. Instead, our product is created using 100% virgin pulp and is manufactured with a specialised oil protection system of tightly compacted fibres. This makes it impervious to oil, grease, fat and moisture without needing a silica-based coating — a win-win for your customers and the environment. Our biodegradable cups for cold beverages give your customers the ultimate eco-friendly experience. Form beef into 12 small patties (about the size of muffin wells), then season all over with salt and pepper. Place patties into the wells of a muffin tin and cook until they reach desired doneness, 5-6 minutes for medium rare. Place a dish in the middle of a large wood board to put the hamburger patties on once they’re grilled. Prep the hamburgers for grilling. Condiments – The next thing you want to do is put all your condiments in small bowls. Then place them on the board.

Once you know which burger boxes you need for your items, you must consider the materials and design that best suit your brand and budget. Toppings– Start with at least the classics, which would be lettuce, tomato and onion. But we’ll get more into my favorite toppings later on. How do you serve up your burgers at parties? Would you try a burger charcuterie board? We’ve found that we can enjoy quality time in no time with BUBBA burgers and the burger board is such a fun, crowd-pleasing, simple way to serve up those burgers! The idea is simple: pull out your favorite wood serving board or big platter, cook up and set out your favorite burger ingredients and toppings, and assemble that bad boy!Help your customers keep things clean and tidy (even with the dirtiest burgers) with our eco-friendly napkins . Hamburgers – We use our favorite homemade burgers, but you can grab premade patties. Make sure to season them. We love using our Beef Seasoning on them! Looking for something easy for customers to grab and go? Our chip cups are practical, stylish and sustainable. Fill the right side of the board, between the plate and the edge of the board, with arugula.Fill the space between the condiment jars and the other side of the plate with avocado slices. Just like a classic cheese board there is a process, and once you get the key elements down you’ll be whipping out boards in no time. The best part about this build your own burger board is you can prep and lay everything out ahead of time and lay the burgers down at the last second. Here’s how I like to put mine together.

Double Bacon Burger– This one is topped with a melted cheddar cheese, bacon jam, candied bacon, lettuce and tomato. (because we gotta add a little veg into all that bacon) As far as the meat, I recommend a regular ground beef patty. But we’ve also used a turkey burger base or ground bison before and it’s turned out great! Burgers are best enjoyed as a hands-on experience, and most sides make perfect finger food. That said, your customers might need cutlery to enjoy some of your menu items. This time I made it with sliders, but we’ll also make this board with regular-sized hamburgers and both ways are always a huge it. Sliders are a great way to serve them because some people (especially kids) don’t eat a full-size hamburger. These days, you can find all types of charcuterie boards, anything from a burger board to a dessert board to a kid-friendly board. Today, I will be showing you how to make a burger board. What You Need to Create this Hamburger Charcuterie BoardFlip produce when flipping burgers. Some produce takes a bit longer to cook per side than others, so try to arrange your grill setup so those items that have the same cook time are closer to each other for ease. Greaseproof paper is highly versatile and can be used for various applications. This is handy if you’re selling more than just burgers — you can use it to line Kraft food trays for things like loaded nachos and fries. Crisp on the outside, tender on the inside, these Baked Sweet Potato Fries are a flavorful, fresh and healthier alternative to plain old French fries. How to Make a Turkey Burger Board When I’m putting together my board I like to think of 3-4 winning topping combos that someone could create out of the items on the board. For example, a keto burger, California style, mushroom and swiss, etc. You can even make cute little chalkboard signs next to your board to give people hints with how to top their burgers. Here are some of favorite combos for you to drool over! (Oh and ps you can spot all of those items on my board) Here are a few eco-friendly essentials that can help you get ahead of the game before more single-use plastic items are banned:
