I Wrote This For You And Only You is the second collection, comprised of the most popular blog entries in both photography and prose, from 2011 to 2015. I don't know how to explain this book, I think you just need to read it yourself and you'll understand. Several of the poems that are remarkable for me is The Nature of my Body, The Video on the Way Down, The Trees That Decided Not To Die, and The World Needs More Lighthouses.

Started 2007, I Wrote This For You is an acclaimed exploration of hauntingly beautiful words, photography and emotion that's unique to each person that reads it. It's slightly better written, but I would recommend this for fans of the modern tumblr quote-style poetry - think Lang Leav, Rupi Kaur and/or Amanda Lovelace. I really hoped to like this, because the few bits and pieces that I saw floating around were really great aphorisms.

The kindle version is the next best thing and still enjoyable, but I really think you miss out on experiencing the images as they should be viewed. However, I noticed a repetitive pattern, and also for me the ‘poems’ started to not feel as impactful and they were definitely starting to sound like one another.

This book was such a relief to read- Never have I read something so similar to my own writing style. It was such a simple beautiful artistic exprience , connecting these deeply expressed emotions with these views and drown in feelings and places . I am making things that don’t need to be made, to be sold to people that don’t need to be sold anything, anymore. Again this poetry book is not for all, but compared to Lang Leav's Love and Misadventure I rather like this one. You have just gathered the shattered divine chakras that are confined to heal your own pathetic emotional wounds.While it focuses on the words, it does feature some selected photography at the start of each chapter from my friend and traveling companion, Jon, the photographer.
